This company of Syrian has been formed by two companies namely Sibai Group and NCG, and incorporated in algeria since 2009 for purpose of undertaking oil and gas works as well as other mechanical, electrical and civil works in the Algerian market.

Each of the two constituent companies has as well established status in its own with a track record in its main fields of activities. All two companies complete each and fromm az well integrated and harmonized entity that is well suited to complete undertakings.
